Kindly send us a photo of the damage here so we can get back to you and arrange a proper exchange of item. We will only exchange the damaged item with the exact same one unless it's out of stock.
Do let us know beforehand if you want to exchange an item because your order was either too tight or too loose. This is so we can check if we have the size that you need.
Exchange of said item(s) to be arranged by the customer at his/her expense.
